Cotoneaster Mini Bonsai Starter
These Cotoneaster (Cotoneaster microphyllus) are in the Rose family (Rosaceae) and have delightful tiny white flowers in spring/summer followed by small red berries in fall/winter. They are superior material for mini bonsai.
These are in 3.3" plastic containers and have multiple small branches already. The main trunk/shoot has been wired to create interesting movement. The tree is a typical example, trunk size is up to 1/8" (smaller than a pencil) The photos are representative, and do not show the actual tree.
These trees are treated like young bonsai, including heavy root cutback, but they will easily grow and improve in your care!

Juniper starters are great.
Of the two Cone Easters. One very healthy and the other died within 2 weeks. I potted them both at the same time.

I bought a three pack and each trunk had been previously wired to give the plants great trunk movement. This particular type of cotoneaster is excellent material for mame and shohin bonsai! Very happy with the experience and will certainly purchase from Bonsaify again!
All six arrived in great shape and was able to reshape some.
